Wayne Oram

I'm Wayne, an illustrator and father of 5, based in a small market town in Lincolnshire, England.

Inspired by the genius of Bill Watterson and E.H Shepard, I began drawing at an early age and have since worked with various clients from the publishing, animation and advertising industries.

I have a soft spot for character design and love coming up with new and unique protagonists, ready to live their story.

I work in two styles:

• My pen and ink style has a slightly sketchy feel to it. I often use watercolours for splashes of colour.
• My painterly style is more colourful and has usually no outlines.
