I was commissioned by Ladybug magazine to write and illustrate a short comic strip for young readers. The story tells of a pet parrot Dulce who feels sad and lonely when all his friends head South for the winter. However, with the help of his owner Mateo, Dulce soon discovers that there are new friends to be made all year around.
