Kristine Purcell Sacco

Kristine is an author/illustrator and former art educator whose love of storytelling  and illustrating grew through a lifetime of making art and working with children with special needs. My work is inspired by real-life moments, the personalities of the children and animals around me, and the little details that make everyday life special. Through warm, expressive characters and watercolor washes, I bring stories to life with empathy, imagination, and a touch of whimsy.

Kristine earned her Commercial Art, BA and MAT in Art and Art Education.  You can find more of her paintings on Instagram:kpsillustration and her website at kristinepurcellsacco.com.
