Here you see woodcuts mixed with watercolor. The animals you see are related to my home. They appear either in names of valleys, villages or rocks, or they appear in real life next to our house. The technique gives me a chance to combine the dreamy, romantic tones of watercolor with the decisive lines of woodcut. Each painting goes through several washing procedures in the shower or sink. I would love to show you the process, but for now, please have a look at the results.
