Nicci Aguiar

Nicci is an illustrator based in Massachusetts. She primarily works with traditional materials such as ink, watercolor, pencils, and markers, which she found love for during her college years. Nicci is inspired by nature and the ocean which is why she often creates pieces with animals, whales, fish, birds and the occasional pirate or sea captain. 

She graduated Savannah College of Art and Design in 2016 with a BFA in Sequential Art and Minor Storyboarding. Since graduating she has worked on various projects such as graphic designs, murals, illustrations, and comic commissions. She has been running her art business, Nicci Aguiar: Comics & Illustration, since 2019.

With many years of illustrating experience under her belt, Nicci is now looking towards the next phase in her career with hopes becoming an children’s book illustrator.
