Sammy  knows all about dogs, so when Gertie is welcomed into the family he knows just how to make her happy. Or so he thinks. But it turns out Gertie is not like 'all dogs' and she doesn't like the dog park, squeaky balls, or hugs! Sammy is about to give up when he figures out Gertie's unique doggy needs and the two become friends.
