I had the pleasure of illustrating the cover, along with 40 interior black and white images, for this fun, innovative vocabulary activity book. All graphic design and layout was completed my me as well. This is the ninth title I have illustrated and designed for author and motivational speaker Dr. Kimberly P. Johnson! The goal with this creative vocabulary book is to inspire learners to want to learn new words. Vocabulary plays a crucial role in academic growth by enhancing reading and writing skills. As individuals encounter new words and their meanings, they become more adept at expressing themselves effectively. The expanded vocabulary also aids in comprehension, enabling learners to engage with a variety of texts with confidence.
