Character development work created for a woodland adventure picture book featuring a memorable cast of animal characters.

The goal was to ensure each character possessed a distinct silhouette, personality, and emotional range while maintaining a cohesive visual world. Character development is one of my favourite stages of the illustration process, helping establish the foundations for strong storytelling throughout a book.
