Created for a picture book exploring creativity, learning, and self-confidence, this project follows Maddie as she discovers that mistakes might not be something to fear after all.

The playful "mistake creatures" were designed to transform an abstract concept into memorable characters that children could immediately connect with. Through expressive design, humour, and movement, the illustrations encourage curiosity, resilience, and creative thinking while keeping the story visually engaging and fun.
