Mascot Poster for Pittsburgh Pirates
April Hartmann was commissioned by the Pittsburgh Pirates to illustrate this poster of the Parrot mascot for a Kid’s Day promotion on May 15, 2022. In addition, the Pirates organization produced a behind-the-scenes video, interviewing the artist at her studio, and sharing it on the Pirates’ Twitter account.
