Anita Tran

Anita is an illustrator living in the Bay Areas She enjoys creating illustrations with an emphasis on emotional connection, movement, shape design, color and light. 

Anita is an Academy of Art MFA Graduate in Illustration and was awarded Runner Up for Children’s Book Illustration in 2019. She has exhibited at the Frank Bette Center for the Arts, The Pacific Art League and at the Palo Alto Art Center.

When she’s not illustrating, Anita enjoys learning how to make all things from canning to baking, broom making, book-binding, baking, fiber arts and creatively upcycling and reusing unloved items in her community.
