Kate Gleyzer is an illustrator and graphic designer with over 20 years of experience. She discovered her love for art as a child in Ukraine, attending an art school before graduating from The Kharkiv State School of Art with a degree in Set Design. Her career began in theatre, where she designed award-winning stage sets, but her passion for storytelling soon led her to illustration. She has collaborated with several award-winning publishers, bringing stories to life through her vibrant and imaginative artwork. Kate enjoys experimenting with different techniques and styles, always seeking new ways to capture a child’s sense of wonder.
In 2022, she moved to Israel, where she continues to create engaging illustrations for children’s books. She believes that illustrating for children is more than just art — it’s a way to shape the future, inspire young minds, and keep the magic of storytelling alive.
