The new book for kids produced by BIOVOICES The European Project that promote Bioeconomy for a sustainable world with the ultimately goal of fostering the awareness of the wider public about the benefits and potential social, economic and environmental impact of the bioeconomy and widening the diffusion of bio-based products in collaboration with APRE Agency for the promotion and European research and FVA new media Research transition 2bio

This book communicates scientific sound contents about bio economy and bio-based solutions in an easy and comprehensive way, raising awareness on sustainable production, consumption and lifestyles, through education by engaging children from 5 to 8 years old and their parents, grandparents, teachers that will read the book together with them. All the information have been validated by 32 experts from academia and industry ( scientific Committee )

This version of the book will be printed in more than 10.000 copies in 11 languages ( English, Italian, Portoguese, Spanish, Greek, Dutch, German, Romanian, Slovak, Estonian, Hungarian )and will be distributed in selected schools, bookstores, museums for children and Institutional contexts.

Strengthening the knowledge and sensitivity of future generations to environmental issues, sustainability and circularity through information and education programmes targeting younger generation can contribute to raising future citizens, decision-makers and workforce, informed and interested in bio economy.
