“Animal Facts” was a dream assignment from the amazing team at AZ Books. 10 spreads, each featuring the animals found in a different habitat around the world. The reader uses a digital pen to pair each animal in its scene with a fun and interesting fact about that animal. From Australia to the Savannah, to the Mountains, Ocean, Farm and Forest, I learned so much about our animal friends while creating these illustrations. For instance, do you know why wombat poop is cube-shaped? Now I do!
