A little boy is sick in bed. He likes to read a book about a monster. But both feel locked up, the boy and the monster. The little boy because he can´t go out to play and is confined to his bedroom, the monster is bored of doing the same, frightening everyone, page after page. The adventure begins for both once the monster is able to jump out of the book.
