Who or what have been some of your major artistic influences?

My creative spirit is fueled by the boundless energy of 90s anime and the vibrant world of Saturday cartoons! Their colorful impact on my imagination is undeniable.

I really loop up to manga of legends like Eiichiro Oda, Masashi Kishimoto, and Hirohiko Araki, I find inspiration in their epic storytelling and larger-than-life characters.

Do you offer more than one style, if so – talk us through the different approaches and the audience you are targeting for each.

Absolutely! I love tailoring the style of each project based on the vibe and emotions I get from the story. I make sure to gather artistic references from Pinterest and share them with my clients, so we can be on the same wavelength.

It just wouldn't be fun for me if I had to stick to the same style repeatedly! I enjoy the thrill of exploring and trying out different styles to keep my creativity constantly evolving.

What is your favourite children’s book and why?

Frog and Toad, ah, the beauty of endearing relationships between friends in stories. There's a certain allure in witnessing the depth of their connection. It's as if they tap into a part of our hearts that yearns for genuine companionship.

What makes a good children’s book?

Memorable characters are the heart and soul of children's books. They have a remarkable ability to touch young readers on a deep level. Characters that children can relate to, cheer for, and find inspiration in create a special connection that enhances the joy of reading.
