Felicia Whaley

Felicia Whaley is an Oak Park, IL-based freelance Illustrator, and Designer. She always had a passion and gift for drawing. She went on to study at the Illinois Art Institute of Chicago. Graduating with a BFA in Illustration and design in 2017. It was there she found a love for children’s books and design. Color and imagination what more can an illustrator ask for?
Creating diverse characters; that she never really saw as a child is what makes it all the more enjoyable. Most of her work is done digitally but she still uses a pencil. She has done work for Harper Collins, Pearson, and Heinemann. When she is not creating; she is being a full-time mom to her daughter, roller skating, working out, and cooking new Vegan meals.
