This is unfortunately another of the books I've illustrated which has to date gone unpublished. Todd Peters' manuscript was another wildly imaginative tale for 8 to 12 (or so) year-olds, and is a Sci-Fi action adventure saga in which "Johhny" and his friends discover a mysterious old board game in Grandma's attic, which turns Johnny into "Johnny Lobster", as his home town is invaded by aliens in the form of walking palm trees, flying staplers (yes I said staplers!) and a town hall statue that comes to life. I had an absolute blast illustrating this book and it pains me that it remains unpublished. I'm hoping posting it here on my CI portfolio and sending Todd a link might encourage him to finish his story and self-publish it. Short of that, maybe it will help me get more work!
