A Century's Memories,

A Century's Memories,

Back home in the safety of the child's bedroom, a boy listens in awe as his father tells him stories from his time at the Front in WW1. The little girl, who is not supposed to listen to such scary stories, is hiding behind the bedroom door. In a thought bubble, we see a scene of two stretcher bearers hit by the impact of a shell exploding nearby. The father's comrade and the wounded soldier on the stretcher were both killed by the blast.
